STEP 01
Send us a message on WhatsApp or book a call. Tell us your budget, whether the home is for holidays, rental income or living in, and when you might visit. We reply with a shortlist from the developments we work with and from resale in Tirana — with plans, prices and brochures, not a sales pitch.
STEP 02
Come to Albania and we arrange the viewings, or we walk you through the site and the home on a video call. You get the developer's floor plans and specifications, the delivery schedule and the payment plan, and the answers to the questions you would ask on the ground.
STEP 03
When you have chosen, we arrange the reservation with the developer and coordinate the contract, the notary and the payments in instalments. We stay with you through construction and handover.
